Garment Policy
At Embroidery by Leann, we take great pride in "Crafting Memories, Stitch by Stitch". To ensure the highest quality results and the safety of our equipment, we only embroider on garments sourced through our trusted suppliers.

Because embroidery is a mechanical process with inherent risks—such as needle breaks or machine malfunctions—we are unable to accept customer-supplied items. Using our own curated apparel allows us to guarantee the best stitch quality and quickly replace an item in the rare event of a mishap.
