You, the Client confirm that you own or have lawfully obtained the required intellectual property licences to undertake the requested embroidery project. You also agree to indemnify Embroidery by Leann trading as Embroidery by Leann (and its affiliates and their directors, officers, employees, and agents) from and against liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses related to a third-party claim or proceeding arising out of an error , breech, or failing by yourself, your agent(s), employee(s) and/or representative(s).
